The Blue Boar Inn - Fakenham

Fantastic experience staying here. Communication before we stayed and helping us before we got to the Blue Boar Inn on route. Room was comfortable, spacious and we had a great nights sleep. Enjoying a cup of tea in the room with Complimentary biscuits was a nice touch, especially after coming back from an event at Sandringham estate. Breakfast made us full as bed ticks and we couldn’t finish them, compliments to the chef. The owner was wonderful, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. We will come back to stay as we had a fantastic experience. Thank you.

It's shut and no plans to reopen it any time soon. So avoid

Went to the boar for a meal the landlady was very friendly and made us feel welcome food arrived in good time but cheeseburger arrived with no cheese then the bun was stale I asked to speak to landlady but she refused to come to the bar and was still charged nearly full price for meal even though I only ate a few mouthfuls Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 1
