Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fairview Park

It’s 9 pm and I’m standing outside ordering online because I walked in and they said they’re only doing online orders. Why are you open until 10 if I’m not allowed to order?

At 11:30 am there was no sour cream, peppers and onions and were told we had to have exact change if we wanted to pay cash. The workers were frazzled, the drink station was disgusting as were the tables. I won't be going back to this location any time soon.

Horrifically managed location. Can't even make quesadillas to go, but can do this for online orders? Either way, when I asked about this, the staff was indifferent and couldnt give a coherent answer. Not coming back here.I try to give benefit of the doubt, but this was at least the 5th time I've been here with a poor experience either with rude staff member, or poorly prepared food.

If I could give no stars I would. There is always an issue at this location. Consistently the worst experience. This store is extremely poorly managed. You go to Chipotle for the easiness and convenience, but unfortunately, when you order ahead, pay online, and go to pick up… you are told that they don’t have what you ordered and paid extra for when you arrive for pick up. Better yet, they tell you there’s nothing they can do for you and they say “call corporate” and push you on your way. A complete joke.For picture sake (and please look at the disgusting picture), the bowl should have had pico, corn, fajita and lettuce. Along with this large order we had 3 sides of guacamole and were notified at pick up that we were to get none. In order to make it right, chipotle offered us 3 free drinks and side of guac…. Really, chipotle? Just refund the order that was completely incorrect with no notification?

This has got to be the WORST Chipotle that I have ever been to or ordered from. The staff is extremely unprofessional, talking to each other extremely loudly in the kitchen even swearing to each other. When ordering a burrito, it is not even put together. So bad that I might as well just order a bowl. They are always taking forever to even prepare your order. There have been several times where the entire restaurant has been out of almost everything. This place needs to replaced with something else or get their act together.
