Wasabi Sushi Bar - Fairview Heights

We don't get out very often, but if we do, we'll go to wash. it is the next thing I can get to authentic Japanese style sushi.

We used and loved 6$ roll at night on Tuesday. we ordered the mistsuppet and sesame spring salad. the salate took very long to be prepared from any reason, but tasted good. we ordered 3 reels: washington avenue, spicy mango and on recommended by samuel our server, the scallop volcano. everyone was excellent, but we enjoyed especially the scallop volcano. our server, samuel, was very knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant.

Really nice, but I think they were really busy. my food came out about 15 minutes before my men and it was cold. the food was still good.

Always great food and great service. Jon is the BEST!
