Arby's - Fairview Heights

I went at 8pm tonight for a quick dinner only for all the doors to be locked and there be staff inside your door says dine in till 10 but no one wanted to take me order and no one answered your drive through why hire ppl who won't work and lock costumers out hours before

Had to repeat my order 3 times and thr employee seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Manager and his team where super friendly and helpful. Food cane out fast and the guy brought us our food got our sauces and checked on us. Was super impressed and a great experience!

Went through the drive thru and the young lady taking orders and at the window was very nice and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh.This place actually gives fast food a good name!

This place has gone so far down hill! And the workers...whew, need to get some in there that don't treat the customers like they don't wanna be there!
