Bidrage med feedbackAnniversary dinner on 10/13/23. WOW! First (definitely not last timer! Such a nice atmosphere. Our waiter Greg was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about all parts of the experience. This is a farm to table venue that grows many of their own produce, including mushrooms (more on that later . You can pretty much bank on anything that has mushrooms in it. We had the Mushroom Toast for appetizer as well as a wedge salad. The mushrooms almost taste like grilled beef. My wife had a filet special with a cheese filled pasta on top(trust me-great! . I had the dry aged ribeye with a scorched scallion butter on top. (Currently salivating thinking about it Also had, maybe, the best mushroom risotto I’ve ever had. For dessert we split a (prepared at the table Baked Alaska that was so good! When I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and they had a hand written card from the owners waiting. When we finished our meal, the owner graciously offered to give us a tour of their gardens, mushrooms and hydroponics rooms. Quite educational! Nicest night we’ve had out in a long time. The atmosphere was fantastic and, as I said, we WILL be back! Thanks!!
My wife and I went here for her birthday. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Really nice place to take someone for a date night, birthday, and anniversary. Our service was excellent and the server was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this restaurant! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
Our experience was kind of an interesting one here. I made a reservation online and upon arriving we waited at our table for about 20 minutes and no one seemed to want to take our table or serve us or was confused as to who was taking the table. Eventually we got a server and she was incredibly kind sweet and everything I could have wanted. Overall, the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the idea behind The Hope Farm is definitely one to appreciate. However, the three stars comes from the taste of the food. For the cost of everything, the food for me wasn't even really edible. My mom ordered shrimp and grits and got literally three shrimp. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it and the sauce underneath the steak did not taste good at all. It just stinks when you spend so much money on food that you don't even want. I do not like complaining as I've been a server before so I usually just take one on the chin to prevent the server from having to feel bad or that they did something wrong or stressed about the table because we didn't like the food. So I did not send anything back. I don't think we will be back to eat in the future simply because the price did not reflect the taste or the amount of food that we received.
Great tasting foods and they are growing some of the produce right on location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was fantastic. I had the ribeye and it was both tender and flavorful. The service was a little slow but that gave us time to enjoy the atmosphere. The setting was beautiful and very well designed for individual dining to larger reserved parties. Speaking of reservations, make one. If you try walking in on a weekend, you may be disappointed.
