This restaurant deserves 10 stars. In a picturesque town in Maine you will find a trully unique culinary experience. We had to drive about 40 minutes to get here, but it was worth the ride. Every dish feels very thoughtful. Local and unique flavors. The chef is a real artist. My husband started with an appetizer of fried mussels, his entree was Steak and Fritz with beef and my entree was Scallops over Risotto. We cut off this kullinary adventure with a piece of chocolate beet cake. While I was made a picture of the menu, we were informed that it changes with the availability of the ingredients, as everything is bought freshly. The service was wonderful, you can always say when people enjoy their jobs. They are friendly and informative. We plan to make this a spot.

Absolutely fantastic service and staff. Everybody's so nice. And the food! Her normal cook was outside and you could hardly say because everything was delicious. It was packed for a Tuesday, but we still have quite fast and hot food, and everything was great. My only regret is that we have eaten so much we have not room for dessert! Will definitely be back.

Charming Restraunt on a Maine charming main road. Scallop Risotto and Waygu Ribeye were excellent. Large beer and cocktail selection. Service was cheerful and excellent.

We thought to Meridians a nice meal with family and not disappointed them. The menu regularly changes with fresh ingredients and additives. All we ate was delicious, the service was friendly and I would highly recommend stopping by!

Best dining experience in the Waterville area! Fantastic every time we’ve been! Excellent food, drink, and staff. We felt like family the first time we went and have been regulars ever since. The menu changes often, and the chef JB and kitchen crew do an amazing job every time. The servers and owner are fun and provide a welcoming atmosphere that bring us back time after time. Great cocktail selection and variety of liquors. Excellent beer list and the taps change enough to provide nice variety.
