Sharetea - Fairfax

Whenever I visit boba, I go to this place every time I went, I found the place to be busy with mostly HS/College students. I usually order the mango green tea with boba. I tried a few other drinks I didn't like so much. So I'm trying to stay at the mango green tea. but sometimes it doesn't taste so great.

The boba is mid, literally only like one flavor. the owners are extremely unreasonable. they take their employees tips and don’t allow them to go on breaks no matter the length of their shifts. do better sharetea. 0/10

My go to spot since I moved closer to this place! All the drinks I've had from them for the last 2 plus years have been consistent. Friendly service. I took out a star because every time I go, they're slowwww... idk if they're busy and understaffed but now I make sure I'm not in rush for anything when I stop by here. Overall tho great place and will continue to get my drinks from here :

Their bubble tea is delish BUT apparently management takes tips from employees and pockets it themselves, which I believe is illegal. I was told this by some of the employees, don't believe they have any reason to lie. I have frequented this place for years and probably tipped hundreds possibly over $1000 in tips over the last few years (I get bubble tea very often), so I am very upset about this. I have friends who work at Starbucks, Dunkin, and other similar beverage establishments, and they all share the tips amongst employees as per Federal law. I will now be boycotting this place

The manga milk green tea here is the best drink I have had! I tried mini pearls here for the first time. It was weird at first but I enjoy them more than the regular ones. Definitely my go to drink in the area now!
