Irashai Japanese - Fairbanks

My man and I stopped at the end of our trip in fairbanks in the Japanese restaurant irashai. the staff was very friendly and attentive. we ordered hot green tee, mistsuppe, thunfisch nigiri, spicy teriyaki, huhn yakisoba and a spicy fire roll. the whole thing was great. the fire roll has made fun! great way to book our trip.

2021.11 fire sushi roll. I personally don't like it. does not make it better or warmer, but that is the opposite. only presentation. don katsu is a little dry. tuna with low quality

I tried this place for the first time today and got the bark meat rays, and it might have had a tablespoon of broth and was upper spicy. for $19 a bowl I expected much better. I'm very disappointed. does not look like the pictures.

Food was good, great portions, nice atmosphere, amazing customer service. Sad they don’t have Katsu sauce for their chicken katsu, was given bbq sauce and mustard. Overall great experience Love how they gave us little treats after the bill.

Excellent little sushi restaurant! Great service, friendly staff and quick service. These food artists take pride in their work and it shows in their presentation and more importantly in the flavor. Fair prices and they deliver. I eat here often.
