Good was great. Service was fine. So disappointed that they discontinued the wonderful fresh bread we use to enjoy. The fresh bread was brought out on a cutting board with oil and balsamic vinegar dip in the side. Now your choice is hard bread toast. Not that grand.

Put in an order and waited an hr for my food to be delivered as their tracking app said one minute away just for them to cancel and not refund my money. Spoke to the manager she lied through her teeth saying she’d call back but didn’t call with an update or anything…will escalate this and update but so far TERRIBLE service. UPDATE : We were able to reach resolution thankfully the GM answered another call of mine and accommodated us for an honest mistake that wasn’t theirs but the 3rd party company. This is still our family favorite.

At one point this place must have been great but it's obvious that they have let the inmates run this place. I've never seen a place where employees can come and go as they, please. They come in high or drunk, they go into the bar and treat themselves to Bucas alcohol or bring in their own. The employees take smoke breaks regularly but they’re not smoking cigarettes, they are smoking weed and you can smell it on the employees. I guess Buca doesn't care if their employees steal their alcohol and smoke weed while at work. 2 employees were caught in uniform on the clock on the property smoking weed. Both were reported and given a final write up but Buccas HR team went against their drug and alcohol policy and let the 2 remain employees. I saw that one particular employee (blonde female) blasted Buca, their managers, and Buca's food all over social media, and this particular employee was one of those I'd who was caught smoking weed on the property and she is still employed at Buca. Sadly, Buca has let its servers run this place. The servers do not card anyone so if you want to drink, don’t worry about being carded. Coming into work and finding that the am manager has let produce sit outside at 90+ degrees for hours. Be very very careful about eating here.

I don’t why Stephen is so hard pressed this is my favorite restaurant, I always have so much fun when I come here, the wait staff is always phenomenal and the food is so good. I’ve made memories that’ll last forever here under the nice terrace, that’s where I had my first Kiss in middle school. Lady and the tramp style.

Missy was terrific and very helpful as well as upbeat and positive making our dining experience all the better!
