All the meat was horribly over cooked. My husband and I stared at each other for a few minutes in utter disbelief that Indian food could taste this bad. Idk what to say. Really. Would never give them a second chance but I have to believe there was a reason for this chaos. It boggles the mind. We’re not harsh critics by … – show
You get what you pay for. I look forward to going every time. If you have the time and extra money, pay for a strait razor shave… heaven.
Always a win at Mt Everest — some of the best Indian fare in greater Chicago, lots of menu options. Great wine beer selections; sharp table staff; easy parking close by. Really well-run establishment.
The food is bland. There is no salt in the food and tastes nothing. And they serve some of the store bought frozen ready to eat food(for example momos which can not be customised). Gravy is oily and bland and the naan is flavourless. Especially the buffet/platter menu is awful. Not gonna try again.
Love the food! I don't care much about the ambiance in general, but this restaurant combines good service, great food and nice ambiance. It's worth driving from Chicago to Evanston to eat here.
