Ihop - Eustis

I had a server named Taylor today, and he was absolutely awful. It took 10 minutes just to get our drinks and another 30 minutes to get our food due to them only having one working waffle maker and when the food did come out it wasnt even hot and most of it was almost ice cold. Had I known that before ordering, I would have gotten something else off the menu. He also only checked on us 1 time during the meal and was extremely rude when we did have to interact.

The food was delicious and service impeccable ?Restroom clean!

This is worst IHOP I have ever been to. Food came out wrong. Food came out cold. Waitress apologized said cook was new and she had to jump in and cook. Where is the manager he/she should be doing this and not the waitress who is suppose to be taking care of customer. Not a good experience at all. Will not be

Food is your average IHOP. Service is lacking. Very unprofessional servers.

The food as always was delicious and perfectly prepared. The young man hostess/waiter was professional, friendly and very attentive. We always enjoy going into IHOP to eat.
