Coqui's - Eureka

Highly recommend...some of the sweetest staff that I have ever met. Great good also.

We have limited choices in town and I don 't know how we managed to get such a great flavor. Unlike American Mexican where all the dishes taste the same, there 's no blended beans here! The food tastes great and the menu is truly Latin American. What 's that mean? If you 've never been to the Yucatan, or further south, then you are in for a treat and you CAN drink the water ; I always get the ceviche and even though they didn 't have it, they made it for me both times! Customer service is not dead, it 's just south of the border : Anyhow, you will love this place and the food and the service. Highly recommend going here, but don 't go in a rush. Take your time and know that it 's going to be worth the small wait. :

Two words: chicken enchiladas. Eureka had a distinct shortage of Mexican food, and Coqui's has filled that gap with flying colors! The service is good, the food is delicious, and the bakery section is to die for.

Great food, quick service. It's nice to have the staff concerned about your satisfaction. Eureka has needed this place.
