Rain Grill - Eugene

The staff is always very nice and even the customers are very warm the whole place is very high. It is a very friendly atmosphere that I recommend a visit and see for myself. I never had a bad time in the Rain Bar

Our second visit. Another very pleasant and tasty meal. This time, our server aas Grace. Nice young lady. Second verse like the first. The grilled tomatoes were very delicious. I guess that'll be a regular place for us.

This is a nice neighborhood bar and grill. They have a full bar, a few good beers, and a limited menu. Though the menu is limited, they do a really good job preparing the food, it's really good. We've been there a few times with friends and have never been disappointed with the food. I've seen other reviews where people have complained about the service but we've always found the service to be friendly and helpful. Another review complained about having to park on the street, but there's a nice big parking lot behind Rain. It's a good place to go for couples or groups of friends, and we'll definitely be back.

Oh my gosh! We just had the best wings ever! I don't know what the breading is but boy are they good. The wings are huge, cooked to perfection and served with coleslaw, french frys, and your choice of sauce. We chose a yummy buffalo sauce and a delicious blackberry habinero sauce. We also ordered the wedge salad which is served with a scrumptious blue cheese dressing. I mean scrumptious! It's served with a smile by Ryan and cooked up by Damon and Anna in the kitchen! We also had pizza earlier in the week which was amazing as well! So, if you've not eaten at Rain Bar and Grill on Alexander Loop off Goodpasture Island Road just down from Valley River Center, you're missing out. You'll love it. We sure do!

It was really great to hear that Rain recently reopened, a new Riverside-Condo owner right next door. While the menu is temporarily somewhat limited, the food is excellent and the local craft beer selection, worthy! (friendly bartender, Ryan, remembered my name and favorite brew on my second visit! . It is really nice to have a quarter pub less than five minutes walk from my door where I can enjoy a happy hour and light meal and learn the owners and employees with names...Shades of Cheers!
