Chef Becky - Eugene

I found out at the last minute that I would be needing to provide the food for my grandson's wedding and I live in another state so was not familiar with any catering companies in Eugene, OR. When I contacted her, she was up against my order/request on a Wednesday for a Saturday wedding and she managed to accommodate the last minute request and prompt delivery to the location. She was very nice to work with.

Chef Becky catered three lunches for us. She is organized and great to work with, was always on time and her food is delicious! We especially loved her BBQ chicken and minestrone soup.

Needed a menu to compliment a wine tasting for 20 plus wines from Bordeaux including all five 2001 first growths as well as a 100 point Sauternes. Chef Becky and her staff did an outstanding job creating both appetizers as well as entrees and a dessert that fit the occasion perfectly. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Chef Becky did an amazing job catering a private dinner for my boyfriend's birthday. She handled everything from decor, menu, set-up, etc. flawlessly. All of the small touches made the evening so special.....not to mention the food was amazing!!! Would highly recommend her for any event!

We reached out to Becky four days before our event, after another caterer backed out late. Becky was helpful, responsive, and able to pull off our dinner for 45 on short notice. She provided dijon vermouth salmon, rice pilaf, a spinach and cranberry salad, roasted potatoes, and green beans, along with sopapilla cheesecake. Our guests raved about the meal, particularly enjoying the salmon and the cheesecake. Becky was fun and easy to work with, professional, and helpful. The food was outstanding.
