The food was spectacular!!! Every dish we tried was exceptional. Fresh bread service. The side salad $3 with entree) was fresh, and dressed up in the Italian style with black olives and a hot Pepperoncini pepper. The chicken Parmesan came with a plate of garlic bread. While it was not very garlicky more like herb bread it still was incredibly tasty. I had the shrimp fra diavolo and absolutely loved it. Nice large shrimp. I guess some could say that there could have been a few more of them, but enough for me. Enough for a second meal with the leftovers. Both desserts we tried were equally amazing. First was the brownie sundae. A large, fresh, homestyle Brownie with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce. Yummm. Definitely get one to share! Second was the zeppole. A kind of fried dough balls covered in powdered sugar. Another AAA+ dessert. The service was not up to the level of the food, however. A bit slow. Our server might have been covering a number of tables in 2 dining areas, and we were in the one she frequented less. We finished the first dessert before the second got delivered to the table.
