Wendy's - Espanola

Everything in that restaurant is filthy. The containers were disgusting, garbage was overflowing, and the floor was dirty. The lady working there had a back problem - what is wrong with you people?

Filthy is the first word that comes to mind for this place. The ladies washroom is dirty. The stalls and toilets are rusted. Not sure when someone cleaned it last as there was hand towels and toilet paper all over. The mop and pail are left out in the main area. It smells and the pail is in desperate need of cleaning. The floor needs to be replaced. The staff are not all in uniforms and they are talking to each other about their social life while I stand there waiting to place an order. I could go on and on but you get what I am saying.

I called this Wendy’s to ask if they had ranch dressing and the lady on the phone said they would call the police because I was prank calling them. I was not prank calling them nor did I intend to. I sound young and am only 15 but that’s not an excuse. Will not be going here ever

Spent 30 minutes waiting for food. Almost missed the ferry in South Bay mouth because of them.

Good to stop for a quick stop of highway 17. Good staff for how busy they always are.
