Star Kebab House - Erewash

This is the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Firstly, they delivered the food to the wrong address, so when it finally arrived 45 minutes later, it was cold. When I called to complain, I was hung up on. They promised to send a replacement but it never arrived. I tried to support a local business instead of a chain like Domino's, but it was a terrible experience. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. We paid £20 for food that we couldn't even eat. They need to learn manners and respect for customers. I hope they improve, but I doubt they will if they continue this way. Customers should always come first. I asked for a refund and will keep others informed to avoid this place. It's disgusting and I rarely complain, but this business is something else. Stay away from it.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in many years. I ordered 2 doner kebabs with salad and 2 sauces. I must say that everything was delicious. We traveled from Long Eaton, but it was definitely worth it. The kebab meat was hot and there was plenty of salad. Well done to the restaurant, we will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was cold and when we tried to contact them for help, they sent another order but refused to take back their subpar food. I would not recommend using this low-quality food outlet.

Ordered a kebab with naan bread, when I got home there was no naan bread! When I phoned up all I got was abuse, who eats a kebab with no naan bread! The the meat was under cooked so ended up bining the lot.wouldn’t recommend!

I have ordered kebabs from here for years, the food is exceptional normally. Over the past 18 months the quality has detiarated, the chicken is pre cooked and re heated making it dry, the chilli pots have halved in size. Now they have increased the price by about 15% but more surprising they have now been charging for the bread you choose on a kebab! So now if you want a chicken kebab you have to pay for the pitta naan in effect they have increased the cost by 25% in a year! I very much doubt their staff have had a 25% wage rise, very greedy and I think an own goal for their business who is willing to pay £16 for one chicken kebab with sauces and naan delivered and think they are getting value?
