Bidrage med feedbackThe food lasted an hour to arrive. no mention of the delay of order at ordering and also no courtesy to come to explain the delay during the long waiting period to ribbing were dry n lamm was overcooked. no happy lunch on my birthday. also will not be aware of a surcharge on amex payment.
Although the food was very good, the service was disgraceful. We had a very poor experience at the end of our meal. One of the staff was incredibly rude demanded that we leave although we were still within our booking time. When I said that I wanted to put in a formal complaint about his behaviour he threatened to get security and when his Manager came she told us to leave and did not want to hear anything.. I have never been treated so poorly before. There was no consideration of me as a customer. I will give serious consideration on whether I ever go back to TGI Friday’s Epping. We have lodged a formal complaint with the company. The Regional Manager has been in contact with us and has shown a genuine interest in our concerns and experience.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was fabulous and so filling and well priced. Tje atmosphere was quiet enough to hold a conversation at our table without being disturbed by the next table and the kids loved their colouring book and ate everything on their plates!!
One of our favourite restaurants. The staff at TGI Epping Melbourne are always friendly, Helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The food is delicious and fresh at all times we have been.
I was disappointed to see a confirm your booking email one hour before our booking, which threatens the cancelation of booking if not confirmed. I would not have had access to my work email at that time, maybe explains why the waiter had trouble finding my booking
