The restaurant is in a fantastic location and is a wonderful place to celebrate on the island of Antigua.

This is our 3rd visit in just over a month as we take friends and family whilst we are here on holiday. This time did not start well as we were told we did not have a reservation and clearly we did). Luckily they could fit us in, but later than planned. The reservation person must have been under some stress as was short with us, and as the hotel was busy, wanted us to go away and come back nearer to the lunch time. Part of the ambiance of Boom is to relax on the loungers and enjoy the pool, and we had come from Jolly Harbour, so I was a bit annoyed. We managed to agree we could stay, but were requested to take loungers away from the pool area, which we did. It did spoil the ambiance somewhat, as the staff did seem stressed. However, food as always was great. However, we have more guests planned to visit over the next few months and I’m not sure Boom will rank no 1 around English Harbour anymore
