Springtree Bagel - Englewood

The Greek salad is not freshly made every day. The lettuce often appears brown and yellow, which is disappointing for a regular customer like myself. This is unacceptable.

If I could give them more stars, I would. It was a mouth-watering experience from start to finish. I have never had a better everything bagel. It was piping hot with a crisp crust and a fluffy inside. It doesn't get any better than that.

Their bagels are so good. They are big, soft on the inside.... I usually get an everything or onion bagel, toasted with lox spread or mixed with scallion spread... So good

If you walk in the service is good. If you order through an app like GrubHub, the order gets messed up half the time

Terrible customer service. I ordered from them several times and they clearly do not read added notes nor do they pay attention to what they have written on their own menu because they completely ignore it and send the wrong order. The bagels are mediocre at best and when you call to complain they hang up the phone.
