Ihop - Emeryville

The service was good, although we were seated in one area as the rest were closed. Some of the tables had ants, but the overall experience was still great.

The restaurant offers fast service, delicious food, and convenient parking. The only downside is the presence of transient individuals near the cars.

I visited IHOP this morning and was disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, there were only a few tables with customers. I waited at the front for about 7-8 minutes before a wait staff noticed me and seated me. It took another 5-6 minutes for her to bring my coffee and then another 5 minutes to come back and take my order. I ordered a medium steak and eggs, but my food came without the accompanying pancakes. When I cut into the steak, I found that it was overcooked. I tried to flag down the wait staff, but she was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 10 minutes, she finally brought the check. I told her about the steak and asked for a new one, but she also acknowledged that the pancakes were missing. At that point, I had lost my appetite. When the steak was brought out for the second time, it was undercooked and I decided to take it home. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this IHOP.

No hot tea for the customers..my mom. Was not happy at all about IHOP not having any hot tea and said she wished that she had brought her own tea..great place to have breakfast..better than Danny's and the waitress was nice. We've the limited timespecial for $5.00

My friend and I each got a Colorado Omelette and a cup of coffee at IHOP in Emeryville, bill $50. We really didn?t eat much and just planned to take them home for later, this is what it looked like when sue flipped it over?.and it definitely tasted likewhat it looks like?.old rubber pieces! So disappointed on so many levels and customer service was blah, not bad but sure wasn?tgood.
