Woori Jib - Ellicott City

Wife liked their Tansuyok before so she wanted to come again after running in the Baltimore 10 Miler. Well, so much for the best made plans. The ownership changed about 4 months ago so they changed the menu. The Tangsuyok didn't make the cut. So we lookedover the new menu and just tried the things that we normally eat. The food was really good. The pork cutlet Tonkatsu was reallytasty for my big boy. The fish was crispy without being over fried. The only thing, if I had to say was so so, was the soup thatcame with the fish combo. It wasn't bad, but I felt it was a bit on the watery side. I prefer my soup like my women thick.Lol, just kidding. Wife gonna kill me but I couldn't resist. But the soup was on the watery side. Perhaps a little more potatoesor starch? The Dolsot BibimBop was really good. Really love those stone bowls. The food sizzles and remains hot throughout theentire meal. Anyway, the service was great. They had 2 young men serving all the tables. They were very polite and attentive.Yes, it was a nice lunch. BTW, Woo Ri Jib translates to OUR HOUSE in Korean.

Not sure what changes between now and last year but it got a lot better. Went with my family and the service was excellent, used to be not so great. The food was great, the sides were really good, the new menu was better and the service was perfect. Reallykind people and loved the side dishes. Would recommend the bibimbap. We'll come back for sure.

First time here recently for lunch. They give a good variety of delicious ?ban chan? (complimentary sides)! The LA Galbi (short ribs) was so DELICIOUS and well marinated/flavored!!! Also tried the Gamjatang (spicy pork bone soup)?that was justokay, not as flavorful as I would like, and the broth was liquidy. Service was great?staff were pretty friendly. Food came outfairly quick too!

Best Korean food ever. All food is very authentic after eating here. We had tried many Korean restaurants from the west coast to the east. I have to say they are very generous in providing side dishes to customers. We love this place and definitely willCome back again!

Food was really REALLY delicious. Dined in and took out on several occasions. Everything ordered so far was on point, from the flavor, sauces, to the rice. The portions, especially the side dishes, are plenty there are many establishments that skimp onthe portions but this restaurant is very generous. Service was very good as well attentive staffs, water was always filled. Iwould definitely return and order takeout. Happy to have found this place.
