Bidrage med feedbackChlorine the manager was extremely rude! And for that, I will not return. Customer service assessments should be required when hiring managers. I understand people are stressed. However, just like everyone else I expect my issue to be resolved without anattitude. Especially, when I didn?t have an attitude. Mistakes are made, therefore I understand. But the nonchalant attitude andthe annoyed tone didn?t sit well with me.I work too hard for my money. If I didn?t have to go to work I would?ve returned ALL OFIT. The pizzas were terrible all 4. If she really is a manager, I can only imagine how she speaks to the staff. And if you?rewondering YES I WAS a regular, several times a month.
Pizza came out hot and was delivered right to the car. Took a little longer than the 20 mins they suggested but a good experience.
We waited for our pizza for about 10 minutes and when it said ready we went in. They told us it wasn't ready and it will be another 10 minutes since if fell on the floor because no one was paying attention. And when we decided we didn't want to waitand wanted our money back they acted like it was our fault that it happened! NEVER COMEING HERE AGAIN!!
Tonight I placed a order at 5:54pm and received a wait time of 45 mins and i figured ok why not, maybe they are a little busy. I then went on to watch some YouTube, and relax because 45 mins isn't a walk to the fridge. I checked my order periodicallywaiting to see it switch to delivery around the 45 min mark. Little did I know that 45 mins would turn into 2 hours plus. Ifinally got a notification that the driver whos name I wont mention was leaving the store at 8:10pm. I went on to call the storenumerous times until someone finally picked and immediately asked me to hold while I listened to the talk trash about othercustomers because she forgot to mute the phone. I went on to cancel my order and ask for a refund which I will be checking fordaily until I get it in its full amount. This isn't my first bad experience with this location but it will be the last one. Iwish them well but with all these young kids running the place more worried about their social media and mess I highly doubt itwill get better, but then they are a direct reflection of their management.
The pizza was good, but had too many issues ordering. I typically order from their app, but it wasn't working so I had to call. I called, placed my order, and paid. The lady told me that my processed successfully, confirmed the location, and said I couldpick up in 20-30 minutes. I drove to the location only to be told that my order wasn't there. I had to reorder and wait another15 minutes. My whole point of ordering ahead was so that I wouldn't have to wait. This was very annoying. Thankfully, theemployees in the store were friendly.
