Kitchen Garden - Ella

This morning I had visited a cooking class at this beautiful place. I would like to thank the owners again for accepting me as the only person. I had a great experience to cook together with the owner's wife and to say curry were the best I had eaten so far in sri lanka. I'm cooked myself, so I had some expectations, but it was one of the best cooking experiences so far. I have learned a lot and courses took place in a beautiful garden landscape with local homemade vegetables. don't worry, you don't leave this place empty, there's a lot to eat! I wish I had the chance to finish at least half the prepared

I came to the restaurant kitchen garden ella yesterday and loved it so much that I came to dinner again tonight. the food is delicious and the restaurant is located in a quiet opposite the city with a view of a cozy garden. last but not least the family that runs the restaurant is so good, friendly and generous. I loved it there. it was one of the high points of my time in ella. many thanks for two wonderful experiences!

My own and two friends went for the cooking class, as recommended by others who had been before. it was such a fantastic experience. the wet were so beautiful and we were taught how to make 8 different curries, all made with domestic ingredients, and we got refreshments from mango juice, water and ginger tea throughout. After the big one we have to eat so much of it! They even offered us to eat with us. could not recommend.

Perfect. We enjoyed all the food so much. Great and super friendly servis. We tried almost everything from the menu and all was delicious. The owner is very nice and all the staff too. Can't stress it enough. For sure give it a try if you are any near Ella.
