Teriyaki Madness - Elko

Absolutely treated like your an inconvenience the minute you put your order in. I politely asked how much longer my order would take. Two chicken teraki bowls. Nothing huge. Now mind you there was 2 orders before mine and nobody else came to order. It was dead empty. It took 53 mins to get my order. I got massive attitude from the young mexican gal when i asked how much longer. She came slamming back through the door to tell me 1 min. I got my 2 simple bowls and left. 3 other customers left after this incident happened as well. Thos will be my last teraka whatever u call them bowls we and others will ever get.. thanks.. and im one to never ever leave reviews either so this should speak volume.

Every time we take a road trip through here, we stop for the amazing food and hospitable staff. Javier was so kind, funny, and polite. Can't say enough about his great service. Thanks Javier!Food: 5/5

Waiting 40min for a regular bowl with noodles, shop was empty when I came in, then it started to get busy, waited patiently because I’m not one to rush anyone especially with food workers, the allegedly had to restart my order, I’m pretty sure they lost my ticket, I frequent Teriyaki Madness in SD and Las Vegas but this has got to be the worst one of the bunch. Awful customer serviceUpdate: Now waited an hour, asked for a refund, but no manager present to give me a refund. Asked for the manager’s name and number and the number goes straight to voicemail, stuck with no choice now but to wait for the food, or lose out on the money. Kitchen staff came out to explain that they jump orders to get orders out and they just kept jumping mine. They are clearly understaffed and that is not the employee’s fault, MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL FOR NOT HIRING ENOUGH EMPLOYEES.

The first time the spicy tofu dish was really go0d. When I went back and ordered it again, there was very little sauce and it was cold yuck.. why are most Elko resturants inconsistant and not very good? No, I will not be back. $15 for tofu and veges and gross...Food: 2/5

Food was really good. Fast service. We got the spicy orange chicken special (husband didn't think was very spicy) with fried rice, the teriyaki steak with fried rice and teriyaki chicken white rice. The egg rolls are also really good. I got the regular size and it was too much for me to finish off. But my son and husband got a large and regular-just right for them. We will be back!!
