I had a very regrettable experience with Concord Volcanoes today. My family and I will not eat here anymore, and that was always our way to the restaurant as long as I can remember. My sister even worked here for several years. My mother and I ordered two pizzas today. When my mother picked her up, she paid and then she was informed that the pizzas were burned so that she would have to wait 15 minutes to make new pizzas. My mother sat there and wrote to me that I know what was going on. I asked her if they offered a discount or something and she said nothing was offered. Then she decided to ask the young lady if they could do something for the inconvenience. She went in to talk to her managers and came back and said they wouldn't do anything for the inconvenience. That's horrible disappointing, and I've never seen a business work like that. I work in business myself, and if there is a service failure, you do things right to keep people happy and buy. This has always been my family's favorite pizza, and we will no longer associate, as this is a very badly managed business. At least they would have offered to keep the burned pizzas together with the newly made pizzas. It was just terrible. The fact that she was told AFTER that she was paying for the burnt pizzas is also disappointing. So she had no choice to wait and was not even offered something for the inconvenience. Very sad. I prefer not to pay so much for pizza, and add the terrible service that definitely ruined it. This matter was raised and our total amount was reimbursed. That was more than expected. Thank you for the time that went into this matter. Very impressed.

You can get a great pizza at many places in Elkhart, but Volcano has a unique amazing pizza sandwich that I found very hard despite finding others. I live almost 40 minutes away, so I don't often shed in it, but WOW is amazing. Also its ready in under 10 minutes with all / each toppings you want for the same price $6.50 as from 10/2021). Sure, his only open pizza on Italian bread, but the crisp bread, slightly sweet sauce, ingenious cheese to crust ratio and oo her Italian sausage. It only works!

One of the best pizzas you can get!! Far better than the most popular pizza restaurants.
