Husband had the 12 oz sirloin,Cole slaw and fries, I had brisket, Mac and cheese and seasoned potatoes. Both of us were very pleased with our meals, my one exception was the potatoes were a bit overcooked but not enough to complain about. Waitress was friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. If you like a Pub atmosphere then you’ll this place.Kid-friendliness: Staffs children were onsite and adorable

Mmmm...I don 't recommend this place at all. I 've been to lots of BBQ spots around the country and have had AMAZING quality BBQ meat, and I knew this place wasn 't going to be great from the moment they asked me what type of BBQ sauce I wanted with the meat. If you have to layer sauce over the meat and tons of it, that 's not real BBQ cooking. That meat should already be seasoned so well that it shouldn 't need any sauce. The sauce should be a complimentary option, not a requirement. It should already be juicy, tender, and soft to the point the meat slides off the bone and melts in your mouth. Well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered brisket nachos, and unfortunately, it was nasty. The nachos were so overloaded with melted cheese and sauce that I couldn 't taste the meat, and the little bit of meat I managed to pick through was all fatty and tasteless, not worth the price. The nacho chips were too oily, and the top layer quickly became soggy from the endless sauce and cheese, so I didn 't finish the food. :(The waitress was friendly but too rushed. She took the appetizer basket without even asking if we were done with the food (I was going to eat the last piece of food that was still in it). She also asked one of us if he was still working on his plate when he clearly was; it felt like she was trying to rush us out of the spot simply because a few people were done eating. I don 't like being rushed with my food. I don 't care if 15 people at my table are done eating; leave people alone if you see them still eating.If you 're a traveler like me, I highly recommend Killens ' BBQ in Texas if you ever get to go there.

Beans were just dumped out of a can. BBQ was just ok. Fries were good.
