Very nice, quiet and intimate environment. The staff here had one of the best costomer service I've seen for a long time. You're very kind. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. If you like spicy, ask for her Tarasco salad. It is delicious and adds an appropriate amount of spice. Overall a great experience

Loved our first experience here! We were so excited to have another Mexican restaurant in the city! The employees worked very hard, but still had great attitudes. The food was amazing! The only recommendation I have is not to drink water (it had a dirty metallic type to taste). Definitely will come back here!

What's better? Good food or good service? If you had both, wouldn't that be the best? The stars simply reflect this. Our server Tim was a pleasure. He was polite, often checked us and stopped to chat; all this during the procedure, but not intrusive. Todd, who manages the restaurant, came by when we were ready to thank us. While Covid we had forgotten these little details that are fun. Nice that “service with a smile” back. And can't wait to go back!!

Great place to eat Mexican Food in Elizabethton. Very much appreciated to have a manager, Todd, greet you and ensure that your dining experience is A-Number 1. On many occasions we have been greeted by staff where we could enjoy a good variety of different menu items. I would like to thank Blair for her efforts to ensure that the meal is perfect as she definitely puts the customers first. They are certainly a winning team for service and integrity. When you have a great team like that your customer base will grow. Hope that we can maintain this team for Tijuana's; anything less than this staff would surely be a detriment to a good business. The interaction between serving staff, management, and customers is what makes a good restaurant (of course the food too). The staff can be a reflection of management. Good food is one thing; having good food AND good staff is a winning combination.

Lunch at Tijuanas yesterday was definitely worth the experience! Although the cheese is a bit spicy for my family, the food is delicious and the atmosphere was just pleasant! We had both a server and a trainee… both friendly and attentive! I had a 3 year old with me that seems to never meet a stranger, however the manager, Kristie talked to her as if they’ve known each other for years! After which, I noticed Kristie approaching each table of customers if nothing more than to let them know she was available if they needed anything! Overall, great experience! Thank you :
