Dunkin' - Elgin

I'm sorry but I visit 5 different dunkins in my area. But I enjoy all 5. People are great at all 5 that I visit in elgin.

This dunkin donuts is a beautiful place. my children and I enjoyed hanging around a man's house. the hot coffee was great, and the donuts were delicious. my son loved the mango refresher. the personal was also friendly. we'll be back next time.

Terrible mouth. ride employee staff. what you are trained on 07/02 at 6:30 a.m. on the morning should be fired.

After 8am they serve burnt horrible coffee. Do not waste your time or money, do not go to this DD across the street from Larkin H.S they have horrible coffee.I gave them the benefit of a doubt when I received burnt awful coffee from this DD and it was after 8am , I tried them again after 8am and yes once again the coffee was awful and taste burnt. They would not give me my money back just another cup of bad tasting coffee. I will not be returning to this place. Bad customer service and bad tasting old not fresh coffee.
