We free the restaurant as it had really good service and most of the time great eating. the black was great. they don't get the meat.

Great small place to eat in elgin! place has been a cool ambiente, steaks. cooked as ordered! stuffed mushroom appetizer was fantastic. has a decent weeping list!

Asked to use a fixed $100) and the balance on reward credits to pay the bill. the first time I had the option. the next day I checked my balances and saw that 10,000 reward credits were additionally used. Normally it would balance everything, but I had only about 30 days to use 5, $100 dinner dinner. probably not. seems that the server that processed the payment had no idea how to invite a celebration dinner. this Steak house is almost a three-hour drive) from home. So, trying to solve this issue again is a hassle. the rest of the staff was very attentive, eating was good, but not great. very limited menu.

Great eating and beautiful room, loved the stand! feels like steak house in the 60s!

We were looking to expect more from this restaurant as we have been to the Reserve in Harrahs Joliet and found it fantastic. First, the dinnner rolls we were given were made much earlier and heated in microwave which made them soft not crispy. No prime rib on the menu. Waitress said its hit or miss if on the specials that day. We ordered the chateaubriand instead which was very good although the sides could have been more numerous in choice. We had dessert of an apple in pastry which again was made way ahead and heated in the microwave which made the pastry soft not flaky. As an upscale restaurant I do not want to pay for microwaved leftover food. Next time we will make the drive to Joliet to the Reserve where the food is prepared by a real chef.
