Arby's - El Reno

When you ask for items to be removed from your sandwich like ranch or cheese they refuse to accommodate if you have diet restrictions and need to order your food slightly modified defiantly not the place to trust them to listen.

Not fast food, slow. Been here 7 times total and missed items 3 times. No reason to wait 15 minutes for 3 sliders with no one in line at 7pm.but the person in charge did come running out with my food and gave me a coupon. So good on

The floor was quite sticky, but the food and service were great.

Thr food was hot and fresh. In fact we had to pull forward because they had to cook our food fresh. The person working the window was very friendly and professional as well.

The worst service ever! id employment with this store! 30 minutes in the drive thru and rong order. I know it is. Whoever gives it like that is as good as possible.
