Pho Bay - El Centro

I had seen this place a few months ago, but they weren't open for business yet. I decided tonight would be a good night to have a hot pho so it's cool out. When you go in, you quickly realize that the interior you forget in which side of the city you are. The portion sizes are good and the presentation is even better. I had the combination pho bowl, it was delicious. Spring Rolls were ugly. We also ordered a Virginia roll that was very good We also ordered a dinner box that had Teriyaki chicken on a bed of vegetables, white rice, tempura, 2 pieces sushi and cabbage salad. The dinner box also came with miso soup. The whole meal was very good. The service was excellent (but we were late there, so we were the only one there) price is a tad high, but usually this type of kitchen. All in all, if I had to give a score 1 of a 100, it gets an 85. I'd give it a B. I will just come back and I very much appreciated this. Wishing this new business MUCH SUCCESS!

Everything we tried was great! The sushi was fresh and the plates were huge. A new hidden jewel found in the valley.

Food is amazing! Had the cattle ****/vermicelli with a spicy edamam. You have a nice selection of beer and a freestyle soda fountain. Place looks nice with the lighting and Sushi Bar 5/5 will go again.

Staff are friendly and benevolent contributing to a cool atmosphere. Even the cook came out of the back for a little was interested in how we were enjoying our meal. In addition to the outstanding service they offer a special on sushi that includes two rolls for 9.99! Love this place!
