Subway - EGANVILLE

What’s with having no meatballs? Was there about 2 weeks ago couldn’t get the meatballer. There again today couldn’t get the meatballer. Then asked for rice bowl…sorry no rice! Settled for a turkey sub when I asked for salt pepper only got salt because pepper wasn’t filled up. Pepper should’ve been filled up as soon as it was empty to avoid that simple problem. Renovations look great but you definitely need to get it together!

The staff were friendly, unfortunately the food was meh comparing it to other Subway foods in the past. The add ons were at half the selection, and the ones they did have were mushy consistency.The kids cookies were undercooked and fell apart, and there was no fountain drink station; had to pay extra for bottles.

Usually pretty busy. The odd time it's quiet from what I see driving past. The hard working and always smiling staff, make this location fun to go to : Thank you for always trying to make our experience at your location enjoyable.Vegetarian options: They have a Veggie delight sub. Made with all fresh veggies. Or...salad. Although I am personally not a Vegetarian, I assume there could be other enjoyable options I'm unaware of also.

Every experience has been worse than the last, they are consistently out stock for many products, and usually closed way before advertised.

Washrooms don't have locks. Please fix that.
