Under the High Wheel - Edmonton

Probably the best breakfast I've had in my life! My waffle was perfectly crisp, my smoked salmon was amazing and there were just the right amount of capers to flavor it. They didn't rely on cheese to flavor the dish, they dont even have cheese here. I'm very impressed, I highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! My son, who knows all the great places in the area, took me here for a late breakfast. The server was fantastic and the food was delicious, especially paired with a good cup of coffee. I ordered the waffle, which was surprisingly not soggy despite being topped with strawberries and a vanilla cream. The cream was thicker than whipped cream and very flavorful, while the strawberries were fresh, organic, and full of wonderful flavor. My son ordered the full breakfast and enjoyed every bite on his plate. I definitely plan on returning and next time, I will bring my husband along for a special treat!

We had a large table to kick off their Sunday brunch. I cannot say enough about the quality of the service. We never had to ask for anything. And the food...every single person at our table cleaned their plates and commented on how amazing their dish was! The atmosphere was also commented on as a neat place with great touches. Thank you for hosting our large table for brunch! We would definitely come back.

I am a regular customer at Under The High Wheel and I am always pleased with their food and service. I believe that Under the High Wheel is a hidden gem in Edmonton. It is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious, nutritious food.

Went for breakfast and had to wait for a bit but soooo worth it! Ambiance is great and service was very friendly!! While waiting for a seat we went to the coffee bar and had great lattes!! Great Saturday start!
