First if i could give 1/2 a star i wouldWent in at 3:30pm the service was absolutely horribleThe elderly waitress we had was incredibly rude.
The second time came to this BBQ placeOverall, it's better than most of other BBQ places in the city but not the best.
We went to celebrate my sons 24th- could not be happier. Lots of good, well priced food, amazing side dishes, excellent sized drinks and very good service. The very nice waitress even helped us celebrate with a fantastic dessert- large enough to share with 4 people. Highly recommended. Small parking lot- reservations help get you in, but worth the effort.
Saw this on "You Gotta Eat Here" and have been wanting to try it, and we are so glad we did!I got the ribs and they were awesome, I had to get some BBQ sauce on the side though, cause they were dry, no sauce.I got the mashed potatoes and beans, but I tried a little bit of everyone's meal. The Mac and cheese was great, the coleslaw and cornbread were good but the best thing was the grits and brisket! I've never had crispy grits (I've never liked grits) and I honestly regret not having ordered them myself, they were soooo good. The only suggestion I have is that you order all your stuff with gravy on the side. The gravy is just "ok" and it takes away from the meat flavour in my opinion. Cool atmosphere, friendly staff and quick service. We will be back next time we are in Edmonton.
