Blue Plate Diner - Edmonton

We went at the end of a long walk, and we ordered meat flakes that were not as hot as they had to be. we sent them back, and they brought us new piping hot new . the customer service that was displayed by the server was excellent (and eating that came back was perfect).

Pompous staff and terrible eating. were so burned that they were not recognizable. the service took forever. when I was complaining about the nice, the waiter laughed at me.

None of us had anything to complain about in our honeymooning breakfast, but some of us found the eggs easily overcooked. the coffee is very good, which was the difference between or staring.

We just moved into the city and were thrilled to try our blue plate diner. we enjoyed every bite and relaxed on the beautiful terrace.

Our last review of the Blue Plate Diner was a few years ago and it was excellent. They moved from downtown and tonight we gave them a try. The atmosphere is not the same but we wrote that off to a new location and the...very hard to beat location they had. The food was poor at best. One main course was between cool and cold, the other was overcooked and dry. Even at the low prices this is not a restaurant we will try again. Really sad after the previous great experiences. Perhaps that is why the restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday night.
