Papa John's Pizza Blackhall - Edinburgh

I made a stupid mistake yesterday and ordered online for the collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. When I didn't notice that, a nicer man called me to ask myself if I had come to pick up my pizza, as they had waited for over 30 minutes and were no longer fresh. I didn't even recognize my mistake! he thought that was the problem and offered to remake her and send her out. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel stupid. many thanks for their beautiful service (including the understanding delivery driver and for correcting my mistake! once again:

We had a good experience in loading. the man who took our orders was beautiful and the pizza was finished within 15 minutes. I’m not really a fan of papa john’s pizza, but the customer service was great, so the 5 stars.

A pizza and a side to be sent to the house of my friend at his birthday in this strange time. spoke to such a nice fellow worker called maks and he wrote very kindly a note in the pizzabox for me. very recommended and pizza always great!

This is our go to store for delivery. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Usually always super fast delivery as well. With the app deals it's goid value as well.

The pizza at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, as was the service. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple, but was shocked to find only two pieces of ham on my 12-inch pizza. I called Papa John's hoping for a replacement, refund, or apology, but was met with rudeness and denial instead. Fortunately, there are many other excellent takeaway options in and around Blackhall.
