Mark Greenaway - Edinburgh

Really nice place for a special meal. Everything was super nice and delicious, and some dishes came with captions: . One of my favorites was the Fenchel Veloute (yes, I love soup!). The staff was super nice. I had a glass of wine, it was nice, but I can't remember which ones.

My wife surprised me with the eight course tasting menu for my birthday and it was by far the best food we ever had! What an experience. Tom was so attentive and explains every course and pairing wine. I highly recommend for a special ocassion

We visited the Mark Greenaway restaurant at a number of occasions and always had fantastic meals. The tasting menu is a real experience, be prepared not to move! The market menu should not be overlooked as a reasonable culinary experience. We'll be back soon.

We came here for an anniversary dinner on the back of a recommendation, and what a fantastic recommendation it was. We chose the Tour Menu with wines, 8 courses with matching wines. Each course was a creation I'd never seen before, with a wide range of fine ingredients well prepared presented with flavours I'm still talking about weeks after the meal. The service was excellent, all the staff had the right balance of friendly and personable with professional and discrete, the food delicious and matching wines worked really well with each course. Would definitely recommend it as a place for a nicer meal out. And I absolutely intend to eat there again.
