Bidrage med feedbackAs on a business trip in Edinburgh away from home and with a day off work I recognized a Costa a coffee shop that is in theory the same products throughout the UK with staff from a certain caliber so you think of my horror when I find in this store walking, no customers and 6 employees giggling and running around and going forward from the toilets. This continued until I made an extremely exercised effort to let the staff know that I watched them, and then they just went behind the counter and continued to giggle over past customers in Klarohr. When then 3 customers came in, it was like switching on a switch when cooking toasties, one went on drinking prep and the other wiping a counter but still giggling at keywords. From a customer's point of view, when busy this is a okay, but as soon as it goes quiet and the customer watches the boring staff, this is when things can become an unpleasant. As a member of “Visit Scotland” this outlet is not one that I would recommend for visitors, but only one for inhabitants of Scotland that is not insulted / by employees at this outlet. Pictures attached show the empty outlet on a Saturday morning, where like any other exit is packed in the city and country.
