First and foremost the customer service here is TRASH, from the minute the person at the register takes your order( because NONE of them want to be here). They then obviously hire whoever of the street because EVERY single time i or someone i know orders from here the order is INCORRECT. And then 90%of the time you get old re-fried fries that are drenched in salt.today i decided to give them another shot went through drive-thru.Ordered my food that included nuggets to be told when i reached the pick up window:“there is no bbq in the whole store” and when i asked for a different sauce the lady threw two ranch packets at me. Then i get home to eat my food and there is NOTHING on that sandwich just a chicken patty. No mayo, no lettuce, just two old moldy pickles on the sandwich. Idk what needs to happen but i can tell you right now mc donalds is should intervene swiftly if it even gives a damm anymore about the customer express. I have attached the photo of my $15 chicken patty with bread.
Ordered tonight 2 meal got only one order I ordered double bacon no cheese got single with cheese this guy who took order was an ah me and my wife had to cook at home after paying 27.00$ next time I am going to Burger

I am getting used to go there. The frappe is amazing (both mocha and caramel), and the employees team are great!
They don't understand how the app works and messed up my order. It's your app! Learn it!
