My mum and her boyfriend booked a night at this supposed 4 star hotel to be close to the hiking trails but really it was a mockery. Their room was falling apart, tapestry was coming off the wall, the room had an old and unclean smell, the water in the bathroom kept fluctuating from freezing to boiling which made it impossible for them to take showers. They couldn't even bear staying the night. Before leaving, they tried explaining it at reception, (maybe they had simply been unlucky with their room and the hotel could provide them with better one for the night, because the reviews on here are actually quite positive so it was possible) but they were turned away without as much as a partial refund or apology. And the staff was simply miserable and unfriendly as well, it made the entire situation all the worse unfortunately.
