Galloway Grille - Eau Claire

We love going here for Breakfast! They’re omelets are great, crispy hash browns , and delicious ****** Mary’s ! It has been awhile since we had done this and I was wondering why, because its still great! Don’t be in a hurry when you go here and you’ll enjoy it more! Be friendly to the servers and they respond in like! Will being doing this more often!

We went here for breakfast since our hotel did not offer it. The service was quick and the food was good. Just the regular breakfast offerings but they were fine.

I left Wisconsin in 1987 and continuously long for walleye… the dish and sides I was presented with at the Galloway Grill were superb… pan fried walleye, cheddar mashed and wild rice with a cold beer! Heaven!

Unbearably long wait for food. When food finally came it was the wrong dish. Sad part is they aren’t even busy. Tons of promise but awful execution. Got the Rueben omelette. The corned beef could have passed for stringy beef jerky. The “fresh fruit” was previously frozen strawberries. I ate it all because I was hungry. I will search for a new breakfast place.

The staff was incredible. The food was delicois!!! the knowledge of the area and the local breweries was perfect. We had a nice walk across the river bridge and found local breweries and walked back to our hotel. Would come here again for sure!
