The manager there is angela terrible she spit in my ice because I asked for additional toppings.

On a recent Sunday afternoon My friend and I were at the Monmouth Mall. She saw the ColdStone Creamery and said hey looks like they have holiday ice cream cakes I am going to see what the price is meet me there. I was finishing up a purchase in a nearby store and was walking toward the C/S creamery and witness a VERY RUDE employee interaction and my friend. My friend asked How much is the ice cream cake and the young man said It's up on the board try looking up. My friend and I were amazed. We HAD looked at the board and didnt see the pricing. So she asked again. The young man looked to another employee shirked and said Can you show HER where the price is located? The other employee rounded the counter and said its $17 dollars and change. So we asked where does it say that and she said oh it doesnt. The attitude of the staff was so unprofessional we decided to leave without further interaction and most importantly to without a sale. The Sunday staff clearly needs a customer focus refresher course. The product may be good but the service is lacking.

Friendly staff, but most importantly delicious ice cream and great choices.Only dairy free option: lemon sorbet.

Delicious ice cream! It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth indulging in every now and then.
