Food is really good unfortunately the racism is real here. They screen calls if your name comes up on their caller ID and appears african anerican they will not answer. Seen it first hand while standing right outside their door wouldn't answer for my fiance I called 1st ring they pick up go in and ask why they are doing this and the lady rolls her eyes...truly sad Food: 5

The older woman behind the counter was fairly rude. Upon telling her I was here for a pick up she cut-off my sentence, rolled her eyes, says ok, and gestures toward the long line of people waiting to order. I know they weren't picking up because I had asked them before approaching the counter. I finished my sentence, telling her I just wasn't sure how they operated. Mind you, I could see my order on the heat chute when I entered. I have no problem waiting in line for my pick up, though I do think you should warn your customers that they'll have to wait in a 10 minute line when they call ahead. Most people calling ahead need to avoid the line, but that's beside the point. Treating your customers rudely for asking a simple question is no way to run a business. If you don't want your customers asking whether they should wait in line for a pick up or not you should probably post a sign or tell them on the call. All-in-all, I was disappointed in the service to say the least and my food was lukewarm and soggy by the time I received it.
