The Beachy Head - Eastbourne

The staff is excellent, the chef is top-notch, and the value for money is unbeatable. It's definitely worth making the drive to this restaurant.

As usual, the service is excellent and the restaurant has a wonderful location with a beautiful view. The food, however, was just okay. The portions are large, but the meat was overcooked and the overall quality was average. Despite this, it is still worth visiting for the location. The desserts, on the other hand, are the highlight of the menu.

Come here on occasions, good honest food. Cozy atmosphere. Lovely views looking over the South Downs, try to ask for a table near the window for that. Was not happy booking on-line with Opentable as when I arrived there was no indication of my reservation. Fortunately, I arrived early before 12 and was able to choose. Do telephone direct for a reservation preferably, I did get just what I wanted on another occasion. Good restaurant, staff obliging.

The Beachy Head Hotel was fantastic. However, they did not have our reservation from OpenTable, so we will not be using that service again.
