Mcdonald's - East Troy

Despite the restaurant only having two stars and many negative reviews, I had a very good experience. The service was fast, the food was hot, and my order was correct. The Hispanic woman who took orders was amazing - very friendly and personable. She made the experience enjoyable and wasn't just putting on an act. The staff efficiently multitasked and even managed two registers at once so the wait time was minimal. The woman checked in with me and other customers, making sure we were satisfied and offering any additional help. I've never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant. Other fast food establishments could learn a lot from them. I regret not getting her name to praise her service to the company. Well done!

Hey, the pancakes were great with the sausage. This MacDonald's is part of the Shell gas station that has the rest space in it and also a nice little gift shop. I have a picture of the toilet tap that has the soap and a hand dryer installed. Cool.

Hello, I had some time to spare so I ordered some pancakes and sausage at this McDonald's. It is located next to a Shell gas station and they also have a lovely gift shop.

The food was amazing. It would be even better if they didn't over-salt the fries.
