Bull & Bear Roadhouse - EAST SYRACUSE

Drinks, dinner, dessert and our waitress was phenomenal. Celebrated husband/father no longer with us- birthday and waitress made a bigger dessert for us to share. She was very sweet.

A lively bar and grill in East Syracuse, cool atmosphere with a BOGO on bottled beer happy our after 8. They claim burgers and BBQ are their staples, make it a platter to get 2 sides, slaw and cornbread. Pulled pork sandwich was good, could use more sauce and may not need the pineapple slice. Slaw was a touch dry, cornbread with maple butter was a treat, waffle fries were seasoned well and the night is always better with tater tots. Added a side of queso for dipping. Burgers reported in as solid from across the table, lots of interesting toppings to pick from. Note, there were several mac n cheese entrees worth considering. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Jambalaya Pasta, well, that's what it was !! Good hit of heat, perfect mix of sausage, chicken and shrimp !! The bowl in the back Bonfire Mac and Cheese !! My favorite !! Always a good choice to come here !! Thanks Jess for a wonderful time !!

Took my mom here for the first time for Mothers Day. The food was excellent and the wait time wasn't bad at all. The fried pickles and onion rings were some of the best we've had; cut right so they didn't have soft insides, and plenty of crispiness on the outside. My burger was great, and she had good things to say about the cobb salad. If you like things a little sweeter, that seemed to be pretty consistent with all their flavors. Very impressed that they used fresh parm on their garlic parmesan fries too! My recommendation to them would be to cut the dessert portions slightly and lower the price a bit. By the time we got to dessert we were so full that the desserts seemed doubley as large as they were, so we couldn't finish even half of them. All in all a good experience, albiet a bit pricey. Definitely would recommend!

Close to the hotel we are staying at. The staff was nice. I wish we had gone for dinner, the BBQ looked great. It was perfect with the kids and the chop salad was great. The kids enjoyed their burgers too.
