Tim Hortons - East Rochester

This restaurant is terrible. They don't have any doughnut options and all the hot soups are sold out. I had to wait in the lobby for 3 minutes before someone finally came to the front after I had to yell for them to come. It's a joke. I gave this place a second chance on 4/29/24 and had the same experience. I was told at the drive-thru window that they were closing early before 5pm, so I went inside to place my order. They didn't have any chili available today, or seemingly any day. This Tim Hortons location needs improvement. I will not be returning, as the Fairport location is open later and has never let me down. I'm not sure if it's under the same ownership, but if it is, one store could learn a few things from the other.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! There is no supervision after 1pm, leading to lax food safety practices. The shift leads are disrespectful to customers and the employees seem disengaged. The coffee is consistently poorly made. Save yourself the trouble and visit Dunkin' Donuts nearby instead.
