Caffe Nero - East Riding of Yorkshire

Usually love coffee here but.... Terrible iced cappuccino and iced Americano. Iced cappuccino was warm no ice and iced americano disgusting like water.

Coffee was fine and the staff cheerful and pleasant. However, the café is looking very tired. Unfortunately the toilet is filthy and really needs a deep clean. Dust and cobwebs on exposed pipes, dirty sink and electric hand wash/dryer dirty; all needs a deep clean, a quick wipe round with a damp cloth is not going to fix it.

Called in waiting for my husband to come from football,it was not far off closing so sat and had a coffee then went to meet my husband unbeknown to me my Pandora braclet full of sentimental charms had fallen off but didn’t realise I’d lost it till during the evening at home, I rang early next morning with very little hope of finding it but thankfully the lovely girl working there had found it on the chair I had been sat on so I would just like to say a big thank you to her I could never have replaced it.

It was pleasant to spend some time here on Boxing Day while my wife was sale shopping. The latte I had was generous and hot and the staff were friendly. I would have reordered a second coffee and stayed longer, except some old dear decided to use the loo for her Christmas poo and stunk the downstairs out. Next time I will avoid the table opposite the toilet door.
