Greek Cove - EAST NORWICH

My family used to own a gyro spot for 30 years so I know my gyros. The beef and lamb gyro is homemade, you can taste the difference. It's perfectly seasoned and not too heavy. The lemon potatoes are excellent. I ordered the lunch special and the plate was stacked with meat!

The falafel at this restaurant has delicious, authentic flavors and is perfect for take-out. The fries were piping hot and the staff was friendly and nice. It was impressive to see the young generation working so well alongside the older, experienced staff.

I have been aware of this restaurant for years through word of mouth, but I finally had the chance to try it last week with my mom. I couldn't stop thinking about it the whole week and ended up ordering it for delivery through DoorDash last night. I can say that it's just as good whether you dine in or order takeout. I particularly enjoyed the rice bowls with delicious grilled shrimp, chicken, and feta. The pita bread was tasty and the sweet chili sauce was really amazing. I highly recommend this place!

We dined at Greek Cove for the first time for lunch. The food was exceptionally delicious and the portions were very generous. We decided to share a small salad, which turned out to be quite large. In addition to the salad, we also ordered a regular gyro. I will certainly be returning in the future.

Oh Greek cove we miss you! We moved to Connecticut and haven’t found any Greek place that compares to you. We always ordered weekly from you and when family would visit they always wanted Greek cove. Since our move from Long Island we have tried to find new ones to enjoy, but we always say “no, it’s not the cove” Our friend visited and brought us some today and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing it was. We missed your food so much! You truly are one of the best places to get Greek food! Also your baklava is a 10/10! And the lemon potatoes are BEYOND!
